You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

All complaints related to faulty deliveries have to be reported via written mail on occasionsfloristthane@gmail.com mentioning following details:

- Registered E-mail and Mobile number
- Product Details
- Recipient Name, Number and Address
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order), premises locked or recipient phone is wrong or unreachable at the time of delivery, we will consider the order executed. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
VALENTINE DAY
The prices shown may change without prior notice due to Valentine’s rush. In order to help service your orders in the best possible way, we request you to pre-book your orders with correct address and contact details in advance.
Due to huge rush during the Valentine week, we do not offer any fixed time delivery.
We will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may be delivered the next day of Valentine’s Day. The cut-off time for Valentine’s Day delivery is the day before 14th of February.
